Rolling Out Qommunity Resident
Before you can start using Qommunity,
here are some things you need to check off:

MA Accounts Team creates the Property(s) in Q.Estate

MA Accounts Team to Create Estate’s Facility Charge Codes (Property -> Property Charges)

MA setup Finance Module - Account Settings (Mandatory for No. 17 Qommunity Offset Transition Account)

MA Ops Team Enable Integration from Qornerstone Estate to Qommunity

Inform Qornerstone Support ([email protected]) to add the Estate(s) to your Qommunity Manager Account & state which App Features to Enable/Disable

Download the form for Features Setup, and fill in which Qommunity app features are to be activated for the estate. Send the form to [email protected]
Give us 3 working days to complete the setup.

Login to Qommunity Manager Portal (login credentials will be sent from Support to your email address)
Set up estate info, facility booking rules, and others.Alternatively, our Support can help set up at $150 per estate.

Inform the SPs and Residents using this poster template
01 - Poster to inform SPs (edit estate name and launch date accordingly)

MA Create Portal User Accounts (i.e. Qommunity Resident App accounts) in Q.Estate

MA Generate, Print & Mailout Qommunity App Welcome Letter to All SPs

Already using another app and now moving over to Qommunity Resident?
