  • Approvals were taking too long and were done by email, which was time-consuming and inefficient

  • Tenant billing and contract renewals were taking too long

  • Using SAP as an enterprise-wide ERP system

  • Required cost-effective Leasing Management system for its foodcourts

  • GTO computation was a manual labour-intensive exercise
