Create Resolutions

Property Manager creates the resolution using Qommunity admin web portal and uploads any supporting documents.

Select Decision Makers

Condo manager selects the council members to receive the voting slip based on type of decision. All council members for general resolutions, or authorised approvers for approving invoices or POs.

Q Council can be used for Council Members to vote or to acknowledge information communicated by the Management staff. Select voting Yes/No or Acknowledge only.
