We are aware of recent news around surcharging to consumers for using PayNow, and wish to assure you that Qornerstone is not acting as a merchant and we do not surcharge Residents for using PayNow.

Instead, Residents may choose our QuickPay service to pay condo bills, in which case, we charge Residents for providing an instant reconciliation and messaging service layered on top of PayNow payments.

 

 

Residents enjoy the benefits enabled by QuickPay such as:

a. More secure system-generated unique PayNow QR codes that are less susceptible to manual manipulation;

b. Convenience since Residents are not required to key in payment details; and,

c. Greater peace of mind with instant account balance updates and 100% traceability.

 

 

Alternatively, Residents can choose to pay bills by PayNow or bank transfers to their condo (MCST), which is free, but does not come with the benefits offered by QuickPay.
